My car shakes after replacing these mounts, don’t waste your money

I didnt actually want all the mounts but it was a great deal. I have a 2014Rav 4, info stated from 2012- 2018, however when the mechanic checked it was different ( that the back mount). Seeing as this was shipped to my other address we had to purchase a new one. The parts are genuine but somewhat slightly different from the year listed.

The item has four parts, however one part did not match. As such that one part could not be used. I had to purchase the right one to complete the job.
I would like to know how to return that unused part and get a refund.

Tengo apenas 4 meses que los instalé, se veÃan de buena calidad, pero el soporte del lado de la transmisión ya empezó a hacer ruido y truena mucho, salió malo… Que se puede hacer???… Se pueden devolver???

Replaced lower front and R side mount so far on a 2015 rav4 xle awd. R side mount is hydraulic like original part and definitely works better than old one. Lower front rubber part is somewhat smaller than original part on the sides but feels OK as far as flexibility/ toughness. Will update after replacing more mounts. Happy with my purchase so far.
