What can I say. These fit our 2004 Honda Elements. Not hard to install with youtube help.
I am not certain how anyone can tell how well they filter the incoming air, but they have not added any new odors, so I am calling them a win.

2003 Honda Cicvic Hybrid. Remove and retain the tabbed, structural frames after separating your dirty filters from them. The airflow direction is downward so get the arrows properly pointed on the new filter and forget that the brand lettering is upside down. IMPORTANT: Be sure to arrange the edge pleats of the new filters over the inner basket hooks at the inner bottom edge of the plastic frame. Don’t just quickly drop them in and think you are done. (This takes a couple minutes but assures no unfiltered air to pass into the plenum.). These filters are essentially refills for those tabbed baskets. It’s like the concept of rubber inserts for maintaining original equipment windshield wiper blades. If you are diligent when installing you can get perfect results doing this job yourself. Great Honda design. These aftermarket units are a perfect fit dimensionally for this car. No regrets on this purchase. I feel relieved that the very dirty original filters are out of the car. This purchase includes the second pair back up for next time. Big money saver. Picture added is of the dirty original filters removed with part # visible. The new filters blow a slight chemical smell that I figure will dissipate with time. No noticeable change in fan noise level.
