Filters are a great value at 2 for $10. They fit great but definitely have less pleats than my old generic one. This filter has 24 pleats and my old one has 40. More pleats is better but at this price I can’t really complain.

For a 2014 Elantra GT, this is an almost perfect duplicate of my previous filter. The only difference is that the airflow indication was reverse… This, as you might imagine, leads to a good deal of confusion. Which one is correct? Is it the dark side or the light side that is supposed to face the airflow?
If there was a simple, correct answer to that question (and considering the price), I would give it five stars.
Also, unless the little installation manual is required by law, you might as well stop including it. It doesn’t contribute to any useful information, especially not something you can’t easily find online.
