Worked perfect on a 2011 Chevy Avalanche. Just drop it in and your good to go. I used a lag bolt that was just smaller than the ID of this and it pulled it out. I was concerned because it/bolt was a smaller diameter than the ID of this filter, but it worked…not sure if it’s the oil that grabs or what but it came out just fine.

If you are changing the oil pressor sensor, it is suggested to replace the filter screen. My 2009 GMC Sensor went out and when I changed it I used this part for the replacement. Fit as like it was an OEM part.

No problem installing

I bought the filter and sensor at the same time. Used a lag screw to get the old filter out. The filter was the issue but I replaced both, it’s a pain to get to.

Fit as it should, lost the error code. Pain in the rear to install, have to crawl into the engine bay, get next to the firewall, after you take out a fuel feed line off. Buy the part and take it to your repair shop and negotiate a price, will save your back. Oh, OE is orange, this is black, it’s not OE, but it fit and worked properly.

Perfect replacement for 2013 5.3 liter. Here’s a tip, to make your life easier removing the old one, lightly screw in a lag screw and pull. Try a 5/16″ or 3/8″ lag about 3 inches long. You only need to get a bite on it and out it will come.
