These are great for testing relay circuits. Having a loop of wire so you can fit an ammeter around the wire and measure amps is a nice touch. Prevents damage done by trying to test probes down relay wire sockets.

Not needed by most, but if you troubleshoot electrical systems on any type of vechicles or machinery, then these can be a time saving troubleshooting tool.
