Good product but I don’t know how long it will last

These work on my 2017 Toyota Avalon but something’s off. I didn’t even know I needed these. I bought the car used and thought it was just an LED headlight car but then my lights just stopped working and found out it was the harness.
When I got these attached they do work fine. The installation was easy, the brightness was as expected, however it appears they are flashing/flickering at a very high nearly unnoticeable rate. It’s so fast you only see it when you turn your head. The old set didn’t do this and I can’t figure out what brand those were. The pair I got before this did not work AT ALL so these at least get the job done.

Worked perfectly for my Fahren Termitor LEDs and helped my corvettes pop up headlights go up and down like it did with stock lights

Needed these to run some expensive headlights on my dodge ram (04 with 06 upgraded front end) Always had flashing and lamp out issues and tried all the can bus error code fixes and that never helped. These plugged right in rather than having to tap wires (which I didn’t want to do)
They do however get really hot so mounted them with rivets on the metal frame or body portion so nothing else touches them. These were a solution that helped me appreciate the expensive headlights I bought and were a seamless install!
Will recommend to anyone having this issue!

I learned I had 9005 bulbs in my 2011 Honda Pilot – the first decoder purchased here did not even fit the cables and bulbs properly after purporting to fit my vehicle. This model did fit on the second try. Easy to install. Used some heavy double sided tape to attach module to car frame. First startup the DRL warning light was nowhere to be seen!

I researched some of these inline resistors simply because I did not want to cut up the factory harness for led bulbs. What attracted me to these particular units was how they are wired and all around built (and black instead of orange). They work well so far but I have only had them installed for a couple days so far. Getting the resistors installed in an appropriate location is definitely a challenge, at least for my application. The plug is polarity sensitive so if it doesn’t work plugged in one way, try flipping it around. I know it’s a given, but these sucker’s get HOT. I measured 320 degrees farenheight after just roughly 10 minutes of the running lights being on and it was still slowing climbing in temperature. As I ran this test, I noticed the wires going to the resistor get really hot as well and soft. I am worried that these won’t last super long due to this but we will see. One last thing, the socket wasn’t an exact fit for my 2005 dodge ram but I was pretty much expecting that from the start and I got them to work regardless. In the end, my led turn signals perform exactly as designed with no errors or hyper flash.

Works as advertised. Stupid DLR warning dash light went away. Strapped it to some steel bracing.

So, these have been installed for under two months and have failed. They were installed and mounted correctly on the metal frame near the headlights for good heat dissipation, but they failed even before outside temperatures exceeded 80°F. Finding warranty information so far has been quite difficult with no support.

Definitely feel well made and sturdy. Definitely work better than a previous resistor I placed when switching to leds on my signal lights. I would get hyperflash after a few minutes of using the hazards and would cause the rear led signal to alarm “bulb is out”. Since installing these resistors haven’t had a bulb out and hyperflash signal lights even after having my hazards on for a while.
