This review is for the 8.4″ Uconnect 4 Upgrade screen by Cuescreens. This was an expensive purchase for me, but the Cuescreens instruction video is really good enabling me to bypass the dealership (and the same OEM product that would eventually fail again). I was able to replace my own screen thanks to the video. My new screen has been installed for a day and so far it is working well with no issues. I included a video of my old screen showing the glue that had been seeping out of it. I did not have visible signs of delamination as I’ve seen online. I didn’t have any bubbles, but my Jeep Grand Cherokee is 4 years old and the screen began ghost clicking recently. I did notice something very sticky on my console, but had no idea it was the glue seeping from my screen. Hopefully it does hold up as promised.

Dealer wanted $1700 to replace my delaminated screen in my 2019 Ram 2500. Researched Cue Screens and decided to take a chance. GLAD I DID!!!! Better than stock quality, 15-20 min replacement and fantastic instructions!!! 10/10 would buy again!!!

Purchased this replacement screen for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The original touch screen was de-laminating rapidly. After getting a quote from the dealership in the $1400 range I decided to look for an alternative. I researched this product and watched the youtube video on the Cuescreens website and decided it was a job I could handle. Long story short… the youtube video was spot on and the replacement went exactly as described in under 30 minutes. The screen quality is excellent and was a perfect fit. I am extremely satisfied with the product and my $1000 in savings.

Perfect fit for 2019 RAM with 8.4 screen. It came with an instruction card for a Cadillac in the box, which stressed me out a bit, but customer service emailed me the right link. 20 minute job if you’ve pulled the console before. If not, take you time so you don’t break any clips in the dash.

Original screen was starting to delaminate, bought the Cuescreen with navigation & installed according to video. I could not be happier, the Cuescreen is much better quality & was done in about half an hour. 😊
