The box it came in was beaten up and torn open in a few places. There was no packing material in the box, either, to protect it. As you can see in the picture, the arm was curled up. It’s supposed to be straight! On the original assembly in the truck’s door, this arm was steel. In this replacement unit, it is aluminum. Being a softer metal and easier to bend, it wasn’t hard to bend it back into the proper shape. Once I did, it fit as it should, and has been working with no problem since.

Easy to install after drilling factory rivets out put worked good for about week n motor wont dosnt have the power to make the window go up and down rebuilt factory motor works just fine now not worth the money
