This worked great on our 2002 Durango! It took less than an hour to install, but longer for me to clean the window after using Duct Tape! The instructions (which I didn’t read before starting) clearly say to secure the window with painter’s tape, so you won’t have to deal with the residue. The other thing that took time was that the part didn’t seem to be working before I fully reassembled the door panel. I’m not sure why, but I had to trust that it would work, fully reinstall the door panel, and then test. It works like new! I’m guessing that there’s a grounded connection that affects the system, but I’m not qualified to be sure of that.

The regulator fit perfectly, and works as expected. However, it was missing one bolt for the motor part of the unit, and the existing ones from the old unit were a totally different type so unusable as a replacement. Thus, the 4-star rating.

I haven’t driven this much in 2 months and today the window just fell. The white cable guides break on these. Just unbelievable how bad the quality is getting on these.
I was looking to see if I could return this and the button to return did not appear.
I have purchased these for a Durango and a Dakota and each time the same piece is breaking. Window moves freely and is not sticking at all.
If I could 3D print the piece that keeps beaking, I would replace when new, but it can’t be done once it breaks as window falling does other regulator damage.
