On my ’06 Nissan Frontier, the passenger side window was starting to get sluggish and was having the same problem my driver side window had a year prior. When the window started stopping and required I manually force it closed, I know it was time to get a replacement. This lift regulator and motor was a perfect replacement. After following the video instructions again to take the passenger door panel off, I was easily able to get the old motor out and slide this one into position. The mounting holes lined up perfectly. The only thing to note is that the power connection cable need to be feed through the hole near the motor since this one is not mounted to the motor like the OEM model. This was easy to do, connect and then tuck the cable back thru the hole. I reattached the controller box and tested it out. Then I put everything back together in reverse order. It has only been a few days, but the new motor and lift regulator is working great. Save yourself a few hundred dollar and do the install yourself. It is practically plug-n-play.
