Takes approximately 30- 40 minutes to install, that is including removal of an old piece.
As for quality- time will tell

This was a good replacement when my driver side window regulator cable snapped. Works great!

The holes didn’t line up, so I adjusted the motor placement a bit. It seemed ok, but as it started to go up it dragged a little. Window closed, and that was it. It stopped working.
