These bolts and nuts arrived in a clear-plastic-sealed, compartmented box. It closes tightly and even has a tab for hanging on a nail or screw. Check.
The bolts captive lock and flat washers make them easy to use. Check.
Their hex-heads also accept a Philips bit which flexibility. Check.
All parts appear to be made from my favorite hardware material: Stainless steel. Which preforms rather well in the battery environment where these bolts/nuts are designed to be used. Check.
They are as described in all aspects. Check. Check. Check.

At purchase time, ad stated:

The Battery Bolts by MUZHUPGUZ came yesterday, and I could see they had problems before I opened them up. Sure, as battery bolts, 2 sets will work fine in my lawnmower, and 2 sets in my dirt bike battery, if I get that thing going, because, being stainless steel, they shouldn’t rust, and look good doing it. And they are likely the best size, being “battery” nuts and bolts, so that saves time when used exclusively that way.
But after opening, I realized the remaining 56 nuts and bolts aren’t also as good for general use, since the nuts are the SQUARE shape, (as shown), best used when held captive by a battery. True, you can still use the bolts on their own, and find or buy hexagonal nuts that can be held by a spanner (10mm by the way.) But that takes time, more money, and success isn’t guaranteed. So it’s most likely I’ll spend hours looking for other nuts, in the middle of repair projects, when I could be fixing things instead. That makes any wide use besides for small battery terminals, troublesome.
Upon opening, these also rate lower than they could, because the bolts and nuts are NOT labeled, resulting in this penny pincher having to count them. My count was accurate, so that’s a relief. As for labeling, I did it myself, as shown in my 4th pic, from shortest at top, to longest at bottom, leaving nuts in the middle. I did this by first copying and pasting the ads relevant text into a Wordpad text document, which I printed after saving, then cut out and taped the measurements above the applicable fasteners for faster future reference. Took a picture, in case I got confused which was which, while sorting them.
I have a cheap digital caliper, w/ an accuracy +/- .2 mm. The nuts and bolts with the same measurement appear to be grouped together by compartment. (Until I drop it, and they mix and go everywhere). But the bolt GROUPS are not in any order by size. I did that next, BEFORE using any. Otherwise, I think the eye has trouble quickly telling the different sizes, due to their similarities.
Also, the ad measurement arrows are misleading to us non-mechanics, falsely implying TOTAL bolt length, instead of the approximate THREADED length. This took me the most amount of time to conclude, as I wasn’t sure and Google search results can and were sometimes erroneous. False information sometimes spreads, and it can trick many.
I may be wrong (please anyone, correct me if I am), but I believe “M6” may reference the thread pitch, NOT a 6mm wide BOLT HEAD, on all bolts, which applicably take a 10mm Spanner, not 6mm Spanner, making that information useless to the unknowledgeable or misinformed.
I measured many times and in doing so, my brain hurts trying to understand what is true and not true. Perhaps I am utterly wrong, as I initially was. If anyone, manufacturer or consumer, can correct me on bolts and nuts, I would be happy to know, and will quickly change my rating to 5 stars. As Amazon explains, their online ads are very important to potential Buyers. I, like many consumers, need clear, factual ads, that makes me believe I finally found the best supplier of x, and spent my money wisely. There are many product suppliers to choose from, and my loyalty is usually to the manufacturer who makes an excellent product. Sometimes, but not always, to the cheapest price.
