New part does not have a proper mating surface for the bolt. Notice in pictures the rusted part is of an original wheel hub and it has flat machined surface for bolt’s head to mate with. The picture with new shiny part does not have that surface machine and bolt will never sit flush against the new wheel hub. Installing it this way is dangerous.
