Don’t buy those cheapies you see for around $20 less elsewhere. You’ll get what you paid for. I am using this this to scrub the wood siding on my storage shed which is quite tall on a sloped back yard. I use my own hose fittings and shut-off valve to control the flow of water. More time on the ground equals less time on a ladder. Highly recommend.

The shipping box was pretty sturdy, but there is nothing inside the box to hold the contents in place. The on/off switch was destroyed in transit. I did not deduct any points for this because I have no intention of using the switch anyways.
The brush itself is great. The head is very hefty and the bristles are soft enough to clean my RV’s solar panels. I very much appreciate the number of bristles. The shape allows for various angles to be used without worry of bumping anything with the plastic head. The aluminum shaft is strong. Of course, the more you lengthen it, the more it will flex, so you have to adjust your stroke pressure. I wouldn’t recommend pole vaulting with it.
If you have a tall trailer, there is plenty of reach. I was able to wash above my awnings with only the top portion of the pole fully extended, the middle still collapsed and was able to keep my shoulders down and comfortable.

Brush is large enough to reach the very top of my 42′ 5th wheel RV. Uses the same pole attachments that my pool pole uses, so if it breaks, it’s an easy fix. The brush is made from recycled plastic, which is a pretty good use of the stuff.
The plastic “quick connect” is cheap, so ditch it and just screw your hose directly into the handle.

UPDATED review: adjusted from 1 star
Vendor was quick to replace the defective brush with one that screwed on properly. The assembled brush was used to wash the top of a patio roof from a second story window. This brush with quick-release hose attachment worked out well to clean the entire patio roof.
Brush is soft, did not scratch the poly roof material; pole is sturdy even when fully extended, and locks into place well.
-Brush doesn’t screw into pole-
The brush does not screw into the pole. A rubber gasket has been shoved in the space that blocks the threads entirely. Even when the gasket is removed, the plastic threads are so jacked up that it’s unusable.
Sending it back to be replaced. Giving this one opportunity to make this right. If the new brush works I’ll update this review.

Looking for a brush with flow for solar panel cleaning, didn’t need anything exceptionally fancy so this product stood out. The brush is extremely soft which is nice, and the water has a decent flow rate. These are my positives. In terms of getting to attach this to a standard garden hose, I found it extremely lacking. The quick disconnect is the opposite connection needed. The quick disconnect hose side is male threaded and you’ll have a female threaded end on your hose. While the illustration shows this, it’s useless to include as you’ll need another converter to set it up, but even then the few threads you’ll get on the hose side of the quick disconnect will quickly lead to the hose slipping threads on popping off, giving you your own wash along with whatever you’re cleaning. You also need to figure out on your own that the quick disconnect side of the on/off switch can be removed, which isn’t a big deal, but the fittings continually leaked with all provided seals. At full extension, the pole feels feeble, and the foam grips that are included are too big and slide freely along the length of the pole.
Overall it’s not a product I would go ahead and return due to it’s low cost, but I will be sourcing my own fittings to attach the pole to the hose, ones that are of metal and not plastic.

Bought pole-brush set for windows, needing the 12ft length, light weight, strength, and water feed. Arrived in good working order. Not needing the big brush initially, I attached a much smaller threaded water-feed short bristle brush with a microfiber towel wrapped around, and fastened with four small safety pins so they don’t come in contact with the surface to be cleaned. I also attached a full-volume hose valve instead of the supplied valve. The short bristles my other brush contained inside the microfiber towel wrap provide good backing for the microfiber towel to clean the surface, and the water flowing through the towel both lubricates the surface to be cleaned and helps to keep the towel clean. I wish the pole-brush set had also included a silicone squeegee, either as part of the brush or separately. I may also try a shammy wrapped around the small brush prevent water spotting. When I use the supplied big brush for a different cleaning application, I will consider to wrap it in a microfiber towel also.
