rubber aint made for gasoline containers at all!! fits good but the rubber seal aint made of a chemical resistant material, it leaks gas due to the seal deforming drastically, dont waste your money

As a driver who values both safety and efficiency, I’ve come to appreciate the reliability of the gas cap in preventing leaks. Having experienced gas can leaks in the past when transporting fuel, these provide me peace of mind knowing that there won’t be any leaks or vapor emissions. A bit on the pricey side, I still view them as a good investment, as fuel spills can do a lot of damage.

Doesn’t fit conventional 1 gallon fuel cans, cap is too large. Needs internal dimensions adding to prevent returns.

These filler caps do not fit Wedco cans that are common in Canada.

Bought to replace a bust screw fit top on a conventional plastic fuel can in almost every British retail/motoring (Carplan) but these tops do not fit so are useless to me. As Carplan fuel cans are the most popular cans sold in the UK its a shame the Amazon advert doesn’t list the makes these tops do not fit!
