These sensors are cheaper than where you’ll be able to find them anywhere else and if ur in denial that ur transmission is shot, than buy these sensors and maybe you’ll be luckier than I was. Most likely, like me you will need a new transmission. Good luck tho ☺️

Filter is fine. Gasket failed after 700 miles. In the middle of the Arizona desert my Escalade ended up on a flatbed wrecker for a thirty mile ride to the nearest reputable transmission shop. The transmission shop said my gasket installation was correct, but that the rubber gasket provided in this kit is incorrect for this application. I was told that black composite gasket is required to prevent failure. The shop installed one and my Escalade is back on the road. Don’t buy this kit. The gasket provided will fail.

Messy job but pretty easy and quick. Prepare to get fluid all over the place and yourself. You don’t have to be a mechanic to do this job. Brought my 3rd and 4th gears back. Entire job took about 1.5 hours.
