This actuator worked for a little more than a month. They are telling me it is too late for a refund. Don’t order from them.
Very disappointed, waste of money. If your going to sell a new product, it should be guaranteed to work for the long haul.

PART WENT BAD AFTER 5 MONTHS. IT SAYS WARRANTY OF 365 DAYS, BUT I SEE NO WHERE TO CONTACT SELLER TO DO AN EXCHANGE/RETURN. REAR HATCH WAS STUCK SHUT WITH A VERY TASKFUL JOB TO OPEN, BUT I WAS ABLE TO REMEDY WITH A NEW OEM MOPAR PART. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND AGGRAVATION AND JUST BUY ORIGINAL OEM PARTS, JUST MY HONEST OPINION.

Back window was shattered causing this mechanism to malfunction not allowing back door to open or close .. this product came in time and worked perfectly.. definitely recommend

Bought this part in March, it went out in April. Didn’t use it for as long as we could but finally took it into the dealer. Upon examination , it is broken and needs replaced. I’ll get another one, but not from these guys.
