The product arrived on time, as described and with everything needed to install it. The User interface is fast and responsive and you can even choose from several (I think 10) different UI designs. Once installed, it looks like it came from the factory with this head unit.
It connected to both phones I tried instantly using android auto and carplay. Connected to WiFi to download offline maps and did it with no problem. The rear view camera also works perfectly, including the 360 degree view.
I really love how it came out and have no issues as of yet. I plan on putting a SIM card in it soon and will update with how it handles 4g.
WARNING: IF YOURE NOT TECH SAVVY, GET HELP WITH THIS INSTALL. If you know what you’re doing and are Google competent, it’s not too hard of an install.

2015 Toyota RAV4 Limited. Simple connections, just make sure you use the correct harness. I used the already installed backup camera with the separate connector to the head unit and it works great (obviously the resolution isn’t the best with the bigger screen size but I’ll live with it for now). Read reviews that you had to use the included mic but I did not. I have been told calls sound as good or better than they did previously.
Lastly, getting the radio back in with the trim. This is the hardest part. You have to install the top trim first, but make sure the upper tabs on the radio housing are behind the trim. It takes a bit of trial, error, and cussing but you can get it there. Very happy with the results.

UPDATE 1: You WILL need the external mic connected to this unit in order to be heard clearly on calls. Also, it’s a pain taking this apart and putting it back together, so try to install the microphone and reverse camera connections properly on the first try. When reassembling the dash, I have found that having the two air vents disconnected from the unit helps when pushing everything together.

The unit works fine, but since this is a mass-produced product from China, you should expect the need to order your own CANBUS wiring harness (I have a 2016 Toyota RAV 4). The CANBUS wiring harness that I received with my order was junk and didn’t even have all the proper connections to make the SWC (Steering-Wheel Control) and reverse camera work. I repeat, the CANBUS wiring harness that I received with my order literally did not have the connections to connect the SWC and reverse camera. To make the reverse camera work, the CANBUS wiring harness should have two male yellow RCA connectors that connect to the female “reverse camera” connector that plugs directly into the stereo. Since the CANBUS wiring harness typically has two of these male yellow RCA connectors, you’ll have to try each one separately to see which one will activate the reverse camera when the car is put into reverse.
Customer service *might* send you the proper CANBUS, but I didn’t have the time to go back and forth with them, or the patience to be let down again after paying what I paid for this unit.
About the unit itself: it’s a huge upgrade for my 2016 Toyota RAV 4. I strongly recommend watching a YouTube video first on how to remove the factory radio before attempting yourself. To get the SWC (Steering-Wheel Control) to work, go to Settings >Factory Settings > type the code on your installation instructions (most likely 3368), and choose the brand name of your CANBUS wiring harness followed by the make and model of your car. Ideally, your CANBUS wiring harness will have all the connections needed so that there will be no leftover connectors (especially no leftover SWC and reverse camera connectors like I had with the original junk CANBUS harness that I received).
Also, Bluetooth 5.0 is a must for me, and this unit delivers that with crisp audio and a fast, stable connection. The giant screen is gorgeous, and Apple CarPlay works great too (when you can get the SWC to work).
I hope my review will save youse time. It was my first time doing something like this for a car, and it took me longer than I would have liked to realize that though the stereo unit itself is fine, the CANBUS wiring harness is trash.
For the lack of a CANBUS harness with the proper connections in the box, I’m taking 1 star off my review to give it a total of 4 stars.

The radio fit good, the tech support was amazing and we are in love with it so far. It looks awesome. We had to update the radio and change a harness, but with the help of technical support it was very easy!

I want to start out by telling you that this was the best Customer Service I have EVER received through Amazon!
I have a 2014 Toyota Rav 4 LE. My stereo died (I’m old school, I don’t call it a Head Unit) so I went to Best Buy because of the “Free” installation with the purchase of a car stereo. The radio itself was$229.00 BUT with the FREE installation the price ballooned to $725.00!!! 😳 Apparently the harness, fittings, and connection to the steering wheel controls, aka SWC, are incredibly expensive at Best Buy…hmmm. So I decided to do it my dang self. I’m a 59yr old woman, if I can do it then so can you!
I got on Amazon, did some research, and picked this stereo because it was plug and play which meant less stuff to learn And because of the 4g ram+ 64g rom. The stereos with 2g+32 had complaints of lagging.
The instructions were horrible, just 1 page, but thanks to the awesome Customer Service I was able to install, update, and get this stereo up and running. It was via email and his English was flawless.
My recommendations are:
BEFORE you do anything Watch videos of installations and READ how others did it, what worked and what didn’t.
DO NOT fully install the stereo until you are 100% sure that everything is properly connected! I had to go back in a couple of times.
The instructions said that my car did not need the Canbus. It Did. And the harness that comes with the canbus adapter. It is what makes the SWC’s work.
I did not connect the MIC or the reversing camera because those are already built into the car.
As I said, the directions are crap. Let me help a little. To get the SWC’s working you go into settings-factory- type in pin (mine is 3368)- confirm-car model. This is the tricky part. As shown in the pic above, you’ll get a line across the top that reads NULL. Tap the 1st line, all the way to the left, and you’ll get a list. When you tap on one you’ll get a list of different cars across the page. Keep going down that first list until your car shows up to the right of it. That’s it. That’s how you connect the steering wheel controls. Easy peasy.
You only need the Blue USB connected to do any updates needed. I used it to update Carlink which is their form of Android Auto. I find that turning on Mobile Hotspot right before turning my car on gets me a better connection.
Oh, when you remove the original stereo, remove the clips (usually are yellow) and place them on the new stereo. I struggled a little, blurted out some colorful language, but I finally got the stereo in and flush with the dashboard! It would’ve gone in easier if I didn’t have 1 of the prongs in the wrong place. Oopsie.
I am loving my new, HUGE, screen and stereo! I feel like I have a brand new car 😁
