Very nice. The filter seems solid and well built. The gasket is rubber but quality. Hint: I always replace the transmission oil pan when replacing the filter and gasket on a new to me vehicle as the pan gets distorted over time on the sealing surface by over tightening of the pan bolts by previous people. Replaced this filter and gasket and new pan. No leaks very happy. Also when installing oil pan and gasket back on the transmission, secure the gasket to the oil pan with 4 small zip ties loosely attached one on each side of the oil pan. Then install pan bolts to all holes without zip ties just a few turns and then snip off zip ties and install remaining 4 bolts. Torque to specs do not overtighten.

Products appeared to be nice quality. 3k miles later and seems to work fine. The fit was perfect. 99 ram 3500 47re. No reason to pay more at the autoparrs store. Will buy again.
