Only needed 2 foot of red and black in this gauge, had to cut one lug off and attach a ferrule as it was a compression lug.
Kind of a waste of a good lug.

I really like pre-made battery wires. I guess I could custom build wire in the perfect lengths but I am lazy. Like 99% of people, I just need to connect a pair of batteries for my RV (boat). The 2 foot length is fine because it gives flexibility in how the batteries are set up next to each other. The trick is that if you have lithium batteries, you need heavy gauge wires which can be stiff. These wires are flexible enough to make hooking up the batteries easy while snaking the wire in a way that doesn’t get ugly.
