After installation the tensioner didn’t last 20 minutes. The idle pulley on the tensioner was jammed which created a high pitch annoying sound that caused a burnt smell because of friction. I was very much disappointed

It works for now. However the pulley wheel is not quite positioned correctly causing part of the belt to ride just on the edge of the pulley causing a squeaky belt and wear. If the pulley was shifter over 2-5 millimeters it would probably work fine.
Might try to throw a couple of washers in for a temporary squeak fix before I buy a different replacement.
