I installed it but was not able to get it to turn, loosen, so I could get the belt on. So I took the pulley off this unit and put it in my oem part. That worked. Compared to the $180 for this entire part from Napa. $25 is a steel for the part that worked.

Changed while replacing power steering pump.
There is a pin in the tensioner you’ll take out after you install and put the belt on.
It is holding the transformer open. Open it a little more and after you take the pin out it will tighten up.
