Got the code P018C on my 2016 XC90 Volvo and ordered this part. When removing the old part there was some pressure in the line and some gas sprayed out but I’ll live. The replacement was easy and it fit right onto the old lines. The CEL didn’t clear right away but after around 10 miles and 3-4 start/stops it is gone and stayed gone.

I bought this for my daughter’s volvo, after installing it the check engine code changed but problem was not solved. The dealer replaced the unit I had purchased with one of theirs and problem was resolved. Something on the unit is not compatible or deficient; I am guessing the electrical portion is deficient. I will never buy electrical auto parts from Amazon again unless they are OEM parts.

I like the newer style push clips over the factory style that have to be pulled up and off.
Remember when changing this part, the fuel is under pressure.
