- This valve cover adapter replaces the original oil fill tube on the factory valve cover.
- It is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit then anodized black, and the included silicone O-ring is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the adapter.
- The top of the adapter is machined to accept a -10 AN hose end to facilitate the installation of a custom crank case evacuation system, PCV system, or for use with a vacuum pump.

Just got this for my ls3 engine. It is not machined correctly and wont pull down far enough to get the oring to make a seal into the valve cover opening.

Test fit the part a 6.2 at the shop and it was a very tight fit. Tried it on a 2004 4.8 and not so snug. Oh well, for the price its very worth it. I dont know how they sell this part so cheap. If its a problem in the future ill weld it in or maybe, if i can, double up the oring.

It fits a bit loose. I’m using it as an oil return from a scavenge pump. It seeps quite a bit of oil. Seeking alternatives.

I have factory early 2000’s Gen3 Truck valve covers on my LS1 in my race car and this seemed to fit a bit loosely in the oil fill… maybe a nice fresh aftermarket casting would make it fit better? Overall a nice piece and I would use it again.

It works but fits loose. The design is lacking some adjustments. For some reason it does not stay flat on the surface and I got oil everywhere do to the issue. I had to add a spring to help holding it down flush on valve cover.
