Bought this for my Optima truck battery that has side terminals. The existing bolt heads for both terminals were totally stripped and my 5/16 wrench couldn’t get a hold. Luckily, I had brass extension bolts inserted into the battery which I was able to get free and eventually remove the bolt from the extension. These bolts fit perfectly
