Estas cajuelas de los chrysler son pesadas y originalmente el amortiguador te ayuda a que no se azote. Los cambié y se siente igual, no soporta el
peso en la apertura y cierre pero si lo mantiene bien cuando ya esta abierto.

These were an exact replacement on my ‘08 Challenger. They have enough strength to lift the trunk with only an initial lift from me. Once it starts moving the trunk goes up unassisted. I actually have to slow it down before it fully opens. Opens a little too hard IMO. It would be nice if it was slower in raising the trunk.
