After countless hours of research, this IS in fact the correct part for the 2013 C250 Mercedes 4 cylinder turbo.
Some reviews on this product throw people off, but I just had the old one removed and it is the same dimensions. No leaks or problems and this is a good value in terms of price per piece. Mercedes website made finding this piece tricky because it doesn’t really list any compatible pieces for this specific year; however this is the one.
