If you need bolts for your torque converter, you should definitely use these instead of regular bolts. These are 10.9 high tensile grade. Better than 8.8 or your average bolt. The yield strength and tensile strength of 10.9 are way higher, and recommended for torque converters.
These are meant for stock applications. If you are retrofitting one of these transmission in an older vehicle, you might have to go with longer bolts. You should check your flex plate before ordering.
