EDITED: This company has outstanding customer support. Someone reached out to me right away after I posted my original review. The issue was hastily remedied and I have been able to use the product without any issue. Given this, I can now review the actual phone mount. The mount suction is very strong, so you needn’t ever worry about that coming free if you followed the instructions properly. The mount arm does sometimes come a little loose which causes the phone to slightly drop in height from the setting I have it at. This could be due to user error and not tightening it enough, but something to note regardless. I have an iPhone 13 Pro, in a case, with a popsocket. Somewhere in the product description, it does state it wouldn’t be compatible with a ring case, however it does somehow still work with my popsocket, which is a serious win. The ‘wings’ that adjust to the sides of the phone case are designed in such a way that even with my popsocket case, it securely holds my phone. Take that with a grain of salt, however, as it isn’t a guarantee to hold every or just any popsocketed phone case.
The cable management has been an actual blessing. I drive for a living and have cables for all sorts of things. I’ve had to throw cables into the trash because someone’s wet footwear damaged a rogue cable on the car floor rendering it unable to charge. The cable management has 2 slots but I’ve made 3 fit. Like the mount, the stick to the cable management system is great. It hasn’t budged.
To summarize: buy this product because honestly, you can’t beat the price for such a useful well made product. And the fact this company has such outstanding customer support just makes it even more worthwhile.

So I received this phone holder. I was hoping it would be better than the last few holders I bought from other companies that never worked properly.
I cannot believe my experience. A little back story first.
1. Suction cups never hold up under the sun nor do great on the dashboard.
2. I have a Samsung 5g newer normal size model. My protection case is strong and only ads a 1/4 to each side. So all the holders I purchased never fit unless I removed the protector.
3. All of them were crap.
Now I found this one on amazon.
1. I had it for one week and was planning to write a review of 3 out of 5.
2. The choices to mount included a clip that attaches to the fin on the vent. You can choose the top, middle, or any fin on the vent. The clips had hooks on the end. When I pushed the clip onto the fin, then tightened the nut, it help and does not come out. I was so happy. This one was not going to fall off the dash.
3. I left my phone in the protector case and it fits with room to spare and tighten perfectly to grip my phone. This grip locks in tight and you have to squeeze the release buttons to release the phone. SO EASY!
4. But when I was driving the ball that fits into the socket which is secured with a nut kept coming loose. At this point I was disappointed. But….
5. When I came home I found a message on my Amazon account from Grace at WBRZ Store had sent me a message asking how the holder was holing up. I was surprised. I never had a vendor reach out to me before I had a chance to do something.
6. Grace asked if I could give her a chance to work with her to do some debugging on the engineering of the holder. I never told her I teach for the engineering department at a University. I was planning on doing a little re-engineering to fix this problem.
7. Instead I gave her a chance to help me… I can’t believe what happened. Some photos back and fourth, some lengthy detailed replies from me. Then re-examining the ball size that goes into the socket. Welp…
8. Grace sent me a brand new one. I was happy that she was doing this. But when I opened the last message from her. She also gave me a full refund for the original and a new holder.
Sorry this was so lengthy but this vendor was worth the effort. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could and I believe if you are looking at this and trying to decide if you will buy it, then just buy it because they company WBRZ is 100% real and very customer orientated.

The HTU Cell Phone Holder for Cars is easy to install, sturdy and holds my phone securely in place. The holder comes nicely packaged in a retail box. Inside, the holder also includes a suction cup mount, air vent clips and a cable manager which is a nice bonus. The holder is quite versatile as it can be installed on the dash, air vent or windshield. I installed it on the dashboard which was very easy. It’s a very sturdy holder and holds my phone securely.

This product was easy to install, provided cleaning wipes to ensure grip. It didn’t take me more than 5 minutes I would say. I took it out on my first trip today and it held really well despite the rough roads. I didn’t notice any rocking or the phone moving. For reference, it held an iPhone 16 pro max. I like the quick release buttons for an easy dismount of the phone. Although a bit pricier than other phone mounts on this website, I think it is worth it. I added a video just showing that it didn’t budge much when I was shaking it, it had pretty good adhesive.

Ok we hear all kinds of commercials and companies trying to convince us to psrt with our hard earned money to buy their “STUFF”, when it comes to phone holders, it’s like trying to find Cinderella to fit the glass slipper, we all have the graveyard of phone holders, the ones that fell off when the car accelerates, the ones you barely grazed and they shatter into a thousand pieces,, the ones that can’t hold their own weight let alone the weight of your phone,, well I’ll be damned, even me in my jaded state of mind am very impressed with this bad fella, it’s solid!, it locks down so tight makes you wonder if it will ever cone off again,, it hold your phone so well I could swear I heard it say ” Is that all you got?!” LOL, this slipper fits.
