The PS pump on my 2000 XJ was making a terrible noise. Got this and it mounted up perfectly and has not leaked. The pump has been quiet. Came with pump and pulley just as pictured.

I installed the power steering pump. On for 2 weeks. Problem is cap will not stay tight. Feel like I’m losing a little fluid. Other than that seems to be working fine. Not sure if I buy it again due to that fact. I will live with it now, too much work to remove for a loose cap.

This does fit a 98 Jeep Wrangler 4.0. No leaks, but it is noticeably louder than the pump it replaced. The pulley is also about 1/2 inch bigger than the one it replaced, which would slow it down. Does not seem to have an appreciable effect, however.

Finally got around to swapping out our old power steering pump with this new one after listening to that god-awful noise for weeks. Super easy to replace and this pump fit in our ’99 Wrangler perfectly. No leaks, no terrible noise when I turn my steering wheel now – works as it should, the perfect replacement! Very happy with it!

No threads on the holes. I still have to buy the bolts and nuts at Home Depot. Extra work for the auto mechanic.
