Nice kit
ADKZAAZ –
Exact fit for my D110 mower. The kit even included two idler arm springs (GX10120) that weren’t shown in the pictures. Used one now and have a spare for the future. Blade brakes are working perfectly again!

I kept tossing the deck belt after disengaging the PTO, tracked it down to the brake not slowing down the pulleys on the spindles , with the blades spinning freely, the momentum tosses the disengaged belt.
Got to tell you, this was probably the hardest part to replace on the entire mower. I rebuilt the deck 2x, replaced the transmission, dozens of blades, belts, springs, pulleys … but by far the brake kit, I never want to do again.
Do the “easy side” first, the one without the engagement bracket, this will give you a feel for the 2nd one.
Put gloves on as you have to compress the spring on top of the brake “L” bracket with a special bottom washer retainer inside that whilst putting a top retaining washer on and feeding the bolt in. That entire assembly also has to be clocked at a required position.
The 2nd one it the same, but it must be done in a fixed position as the “Dog Leg” bracket is attached via a rod to this assembly.
Once you get everything back together adjust your brakes with the deck free from the tractor. You have to adjust both sides , its 10mm, I had to bend the cranky side “L” bracket , did so by removing the pully and helping it with a hammer.
Another thing, it comes with 2 new springs, I only had one, so I replaced one, that new tension changed my primary PTO leaver, my deck belt was too tight, so I had to re adjust the 2 adjustment bolts that hold the PTO cable.
Im happy it’s not tossing the belt anymore, but in retrospect, I wonder if just tapping in my old ones would have worked.

Worked great to rebuild my deck on my 42” John Deere LA125 mower.

Perfect fit. Only 4 stars because I don’t know how long they will last.

Everything was exactly as described. The parts were perfect and installed fairly easily. After installing, the product worked very well and solved a previous problem. Very happy with the results

My John Deere riding mower blades were spinning when I started the mower and it seemed to drag a little, like it was hard to start but finally did. I looked at the brake arms and the brake pads were completely worn off, no wonder the blades were spinning. Easy to put on, with a little work and viola! Fixed the blades from spinning. Good fix anyone can do.

These brake pads are exactly OEM fit and quality. Saved me time and money!
