My chev must have a low current drain, i started disconnecting the battery lead to eliminate a low charge battery, but i was afraid the threads in the battery would go bad so installing this adapter eliminated that problem. quality seems good .

These will work if your cables and battery don’t move or if it’s not to much friction. Never been a fan of side post mounts tho.
