These were a perfect replacement for my dead hatch lifts on my venerable 2002 Malibu Sunscape LSV. Both port and starboard hatches got new lifts, and the engine hatch needed two.
I’d ordered two pairs for less than I’d have paid for single pair from Malibu.
Onward to the chart cubby and its much shorter lift!
Love them; a snap (literally) to install, and my hatches rise and compress (the lifts are mounted slightly over-center so near the bottom of their travel they’re held DOWN rather than up by the force of the lift) just like new.
