The product was fine. But we were needing a positive side. We were going to send it back but they was almost $7 to send it back. On the page it says free returns. Not true. Disappointed!!!

Surprising how much residual power is used when your vehicle is parked and if it sits long enough, the battery is drained enough to prevent it from starting. Something as simple as a battery cut-off switch eliminates that problem and this switch fills the bill. Easy installation and couldn’t be easier to use. Have one on all my vehicles and now have an extra for my next vehicle. Price was fair and delivery was quick.

I have a I have a 46 year old Chevy Truck with 2 batteries. Using this switch makes sure I always have a spare battery to start from if the primary battery gets discharged.

We had an electrical short in our vehicle that we just couldn’t trace down. This disconnect on the battery made life so much easier. When parked for the night just pull the knife switch. Now car starts everytime you get in it.

I ordered two of these to switch between two 12VDC marine batteries on an camper project, but will be using a small generator instead of an extra battery. It’s a nice design and heavy duty enough to handle high currents (I can’t vouch for how high, but I could imagine it handling car starting current). Personally I think the base could be a little harder material, but other than that, I liked it.
