One of my favorite tools ! Worked to remove pin striping that was factory. Great quality and didn’t use as much of the wheel as I expected it too . Has an eraser like feel to it . Super durable and easy to attach it to the drill itself which is what I used to do it . The sizing is wonderful didn’t even use a full one yet !

The upholstery/headliner on the interior rear roof of my ’84 4Runner was trashed. So I ripped it out. This left the entire roof covered in foam & dried contact cement. Scraping with a putty knife wouldn’t budge the stuff. With some soaking, acetone or heptane would soften the glue, but not remove it. Plus they are both expensive, they evaporate very fast & I was working overhead. So chemicals did not seem to be the solution.
I then remembered eraser wheels. I purchased these because they were cheap & I didn’t want to waste the money if my idea didn’t work. They worked perfectly & I only used a small amount of one wheel to clean the entire 4Runner rear roof/headliner. It took some time to complete the job. But the wheel just rolled the dried adhesive off the roof without damage to the fiberglass roof. When I completed the job I had a big lump of glue as big as a softball. This wheel rolled a lot of glue.
I cannot see how a more expensive brand name would perform any better.

I needed it for the adhesive that was left over from a vinyl wrap…. at least it was cheap. But it didn’t work. Still a good price so I’ll leave 3 stars since the name brand one was like 50 bucks for a single piece. I ended up having to scrape it all off with that goof off stuff. Btw, it attached easily to an impact since I already had an adapter

Do NOT use this on painted metal it will eat it right away the quality of these wheels are terrible it is NOT supposed to do this it is just supposed to erase double sided tape vinyl decals just spend the extra money to get high quality wheel because you will regret it I have used these many times and there should be no reason why it would eat the paint I have put a lot of pressure behind these while using and higher quality wheels do NOT damage paint these wheels will also leave a streak and just spread whatever you are trying to erase

Had a lot of vinyl lettering to remove off a vehicle. the 3m one worked great, but at the rate things were going I was going to use 4-5 on this rig. Tried these to save some money. Didn’t work well at all. Just smeared the vinyl. I returned the unused box and trashed the opened one.
