The only one of its kind and a great start to something that I hope improves over time. As most people have stated the buttons get blocked in landscape on the fold devices. Not the end of the world but not ideal. I programed my volume for where I like it in my car with a driving routine. Build quality is great. I cheated and used an old stationary adhesive mount from an old one I had and just attached the device to that. Quite honestly they should include something like that in the box for the price you pay for this. I think its much sturdier than what most people have experienced with this device. Charges my phone fairly quickly for a qi charger. Again, great start and I love it so far. Just include more mounting options because I didn’t use any of their options (maybe even a cd slot mount) and make the buttons accessible in landscape mode considering they have advertised this works with the fold devices. I appreciate them using usb-c, no fiddling with the cable for 10 minutes trying to see if it’s facing the wrong way because they used the God awful micro usb.

I never found a good car mount for the Fold4. So when I got my fild 5 I tried again and this one was perfect. It charges through my case just fine, I even have the s pen mounted on the hinge. You have to put the hinge/pen side up for it to charge but it works good, very sturdy. The only thing I wish it had was an on / off switch. Because you can’t leave it plugged in all the time. If you plug it in, it starts looking for your device so that it can clamp down. It clamps down automatically which is kind of weird and it will sit there and let buzz at you until you either put a device on it or unplug it. Other than that i’m super impressed

Finger weg Müll garnicht wie beschrieben was angeblich wackelt nicht usw ! Bei 70 kmh fängt es an zu tanzen bei 120 kmh macht es Breakdance was das Laden angeht erste 5 min ok danach fängt es an laden abschlaten laden abschalten habe es für mein fold 4 gehohlt muss mal sagen beim abremsen ist es rausgeflogen also hätte ich bruch im Display hätten wir grosses problem also garnich zu empfehlen vorsicht ! Preis geht garnicht da ist das 4 € Halter besser

Die Halterung hält, was sie verspricht. Habe sie an der Scheibe befestigt da meine Lüftungsschlitze im Fahrzeug nicht dem Standard entsprechen. Habe den Halter aber ausprobiert, auch da sitzt dieser Bombenfest. Alles ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig.
Nur eines ist zu bemängeln. Das fold 2 liegt, wenn man nicht aufpasst, auf den lautstärkewippen auf. Dadurch kann der Ton leise gestellt werden. Abhilfe schafft es das fold kurzzeitig leicht hochzuheben und die Wippe zu entlasten während die Halterung selber schließt denn die Backen halten es so fest, dass es dann nicht mehr auf die Wippen rutscht. Eine Aussparung in der Auflage würde hier Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten bin ich absolut zufrieden

Ein gutes teil! Etwas Teuer ABER hab schon soviele Handy halter gekauft gehabt bei dem kann ich schon nach 1 woche sagen endlich das richtige. Mein Handy Samsung z fold 2 und I phone 8 plus die auch rein passen was anderes hab ich nicht rein gemacht.

Es gibt nur eine Stellung in der das Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 geladen werden kann. Das funktioniert auch. Aber in dieser einen Stellung liegt das Fold 2 mit seiner Lautstärke-Wippe auf und regelt die Lautstärke permanent runter bis auf Stumm. Ich habe die Auflagefläche vom linken Rand bis zur Mitte aufgefüttert, damit es funktioniert.

This is a reliable car charger with strong suction (and does NOT need the included smooth disc – in fact, the disc will make it LESS secure). If you know how to use the vacuum lever on the charger and install it properly it will remain secure on your dash and hold the phone well. As others have pointed out, however, the charger works only in one position and that is with the buttons down and covered by the rest, so as to make them inaccessible.
Now, to be fair, this should NOT be a problem for most users and a lot of reviews here are making it out to be more of an inconvenience than it is. Turn your phone up all the way before putting it on the charger and you have no problems. You can turn the Z-Fold 4 screen on by simply double-tapping it with your finger, so the power button is not necessary. Alternately, it’s a small thing to slide the phone up an inch, reach under to access the buttons, then slide it back down. It will still remain secure in the holder if you do so.
That said, it is a notable shortcoming of this charger that you can only charge it in a single position. For that, it gets a markdown.

I almost gave up trying to find a phone mount that would fit my Fold 4 with the pen on the back (Official Samsung Case), but I decided to give this one a try (shoutout to Flossy Carter).
I am blown away. This reached 99% of my expectations. It holds my Fold 4 in all orientations with the Pen on the back just barely, but undoubtedly works. It’s a tight fit but definitely snug because the motor il enforcing the clamp is just that strong.
I wasn’t expecting the motor to be anything crazy but the build quality of everything just feels nice and sturdy.
Finally, the worst (the 1% lol). I wasn’t expecting much and was actually trying to avoid wireless chargers specifically, but this wireless charger unfortunately did not even slightly impress me. Not only is wireless charging already bad in efficiency, but in this case it’s terribly bad. The heat coming from 3 of our 4 seasons is going to heat up your phone, and wireless charging itself is so inefficient that within 5% of charging its heating up your phone to the point it’s canceling itself out from gaining and losing charge. It’s not worth it. DO NOT BUY THIS EXPECTING GOOD WIRELESS CHARGING.
I was going to rate this 4/5 but the wireless charging is not a big issue because the expectation was already very low. Otherwise, blown away and can’t wait to utilize this when driving.
Edit: also, if anyone is wondering. No you cannot use the motor open/close feature without connecting by USB. So if you plug it in the first time then plug it out, it’ll still work a couple times after that, but that’s because there’s still just a bit of lingering charge to barely open and close again. I don’t recommend this because it also means that the grip is also significantly weaker. With this said, this allows the convenience of being able to turn your car off, then opening the latch instead of remembering to take your phone out before turning off your car.

I bought this wireless car charger for my best friends birthday because last time she was in my car… She saw the one I had, which is identical to this one, and said she was jealous and would really love some thing like that in her vehicle. So I was looking around and I found this one and I knew it would be perfect for her! I really love this wireless car charger! Personally I have tried a whole bunch of different car chargers for my phone….some have been a total FAIL!!! The phone chargers that hook into the vent are ok but personally I just don’t like them because they block the airflow & when it’s 105° outside in the summer… I definitely do not want my air conditioning blocked! That’s super annoying!!! This one sits to on your dash or next to the vent and it’s fabulous!!! It stays out of the way of everything, including blocking your vision while driving! It absolutely holds the phone perfectly without falling out!!! It also charges your phone very quickly… which is much more than I can say for some of the stupid phone chargers out there! It is the perfect charger! I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a nice car charger that sits on top of the dashboard 👍. This One is very durable and well-made… You can tell this by holding it… It is heavy duty and not a cheapskate lightweight charger! Your search for a car charger is over… This one is totally fabulous!!!!
