CAUTION: Non-Industry Standard size and color wires. Description says current carrying wires are 14 gauge. All 5 wires are 18 gauge. Wire colors are not industry standard.

These relay sockets support industry standard Bosch-style relays, and they are stackable. But they stack differently than the way genuine Bosch sockets stack, so they don’t fit on some VW and Audi cars’ fuse relay plates as add-ons for extra features.

Great price and works great

I do custom wire harnesses and these are a good deal. However, I de-pin the blocks and replace them with soldered, domestic made wires and terminals for a quality made product. These are stackable harnesses, which is a nice touch

While these relay sockets may work for a low current (5 to 10 amp) I wouldn’t try putting anything more through them as the wiring feels like 16 or 18 AWG.
As for being “color coded” – I have no idea – I have never tried to use a color code with something like this – but I can tell you these relay bases will work for logic functions – not power applications.

Works for my purposes. Will buy again.

The relay sockets is nothing I would recommend buying unless you have time to put your own terminals and wires in.

These look like quality relay sockets Don’t be fooled the wiring is not correct the ground wire is where the main power should be. All the wires are one rotation off there must not be quality control. Went to wire in a relay on a police car installation and went by the color code as I would with any other relay and the lights came on at half power as soon as I hooked it up without powering the trigger switch. Then it blew the fuse. I couldn’t figure out why. I finally pulley the relay and tried to match up the numbers on the relay a d figured out that the ground wire was in the main power slot. I checked all 10 of the sockets and all are this way. I didn’t have any other relay sockets and didn’t have a release kit to put them where they belong so I wired it in but if anyone else works on this car they’ll be confused. I am not happy the customer was watching and it made me look like I didn’t know what I was doing.

These socket assemblies are cheap off-shore parts. Terminals inside the socket are made from very thin metal. Wires are not crimped to the metal terminals very well, they pull out of the metal terminal with little effort, some arrived without a few wires when I opened the box. I have had to go through and re-crimp every wire with the correct tool so the wires don’t come out while handling it. There are way better options out there than these
