I got this adapter cable to use in my van, to run a very short car adapter a long distance. We have a dual DVD player that my younger kids still watch in the back seats on long trips. The cord that reached to the cigarette lighter port was only 3ft long, which is a joke. But this is a great option to be able to place the DVD players where we need them and not having to stretch wires across open walkways and such.
The quality is a nice thick, flexible cable, with male on one end, and female on the other end. The connection is without flaw. The power level is sufficient and does not have any faults.
I am so glad I got this. Nice, inexpensive way to remedy that problem!!!

We have a large two compartment ICECO for when the power goes out and we want to save some of the refrigerator contents. I have a 100 watt solar panel installed on the deck to charge my portable power station and a 30 watt portable solar panel to charge phones and flashlights. The cable for the 100 watt comes in the door about 6 feet. I used to drag the ICECO to the door if the portable power station needed to be charged, now I can leave the ICECO just inside the the kitchen archway and run the ENERGEASTER 15 foot cable between the two. Definitely worth the cost cause the ICECO is really heavy when loaded up. The extension cable is flexible and the connections at both ends look solid. I appreciate the red LED letting me know that its on. Did a quick test to make sure power flowed through as seen in the picture.
1300Defender –
This extension has allowed me properly Air up my tires on my travel trailer without having to unhook and remaneuver my vehicle just so I can get it closer Because the 12 Volt cable from my air pump is not long enough to reach. This extension allows me with confidence to keep the vehicle hooked up to my trailer and then use the cigarette plug lighter on the back of the vehicle and use this extension to air up the tires and rich without a problem. Recommend.
