Fit perfectly. Good replacement for the original

Plastic almost feels like a soft rubber, not durable at all. First broke up on installing. After putting the second one on it then would not clip well enough to hold the cable on securely. I would highly suggest going with a harder plastic.
2007 Chrysler sebring.- don’t recommend

My husband has a hard time finding this off of the internet. He’d been told by auto stores “this piece should work” (it did not) and was even told by the dealership itself “we have to order this piece so it will be several days” when THEY sent us the recall notice on replacing the old part in the first place – and the part already wore out months before we got the recall notice. My husband had been using a zip tie to keep the car working, which would last about 3-6 days during the summer, and weeks in the cooler seasons, until the zip tie ultimately popped due to heat wearing it down. He kept spare zip ties in the car, and a little towel to minimize burns on his arm and hand when he’d have to reach in to fix it mid-trip with a hot engine. Not a good time.
After the auto store debacles (multiple times being told a part will work only for it to not fit at all) and the dealership ordering up ONE of these pieces only to use it for someone else entirely and tell us, again, when he followed up that they’d have to order one and it would be serveral days, he turned to Amazon shopping. He was reluctant to try it, didn’t think he’d find the right part or find that it’s just like the auto store, but nope! It’s a perfect fit!
