Came with all shown parts, in a basic white box. No instructions are included, but it’s a charger.. Hooked it up to a voltmeter and it performed as stated.. It showed at around 12.4-6 volts and the amps were within the range. It warmed up a little in use but nothing that would indicate a problem with the charger. Nice charger for toys and DIY projects..

I bought this charger for my son’s ride-on car, and it works perfectly! The red square plug was an exact fit, and the LED light makes it easy to know when it’s fully charged. If you are still having issues, make sure your battery is not dead! You can check with a multi meter or buy another new Ride on 12V battery. This charger saved me from replacing the whole car. This is a reasonable price for this item. Cons, no instructions. You can find many resources on youtube!
