These are exactly as described with no defects. DT connectors are great for anything that needs to be robust or waterproof. Each wire is nicely strain relieved and can carry up to a fairly high 13 amps per pin. They make a secure connection and seal while still being one of the easier types to disconnect even after years of road grime building up, though some dielectric grease will still make life easier for you and help ensure it seals properly.

The “Deutsch DT” connector system is a standardized set of mult-contact connectors which come in many different configurations but use the same “pin and socket” contacts inside the connectors. With the pins situated at the bottom of a deep shell and the sockets shielded beneath the orange cap, these connectors provide fairly good protection from the elements. Once connected, a locking tab holds keeps them from being accidentally disconnected.
This particular kit consists of 5 prewired sets of 3-pin connectors. The current Amazon listing price of $17 (with coupon) represents an excellent value for this high quality item.

I got these for wiring work lights on construction equipment. They appear to be decent quality, and are easy to install. They plug and unplug easily, and are waterproof as advertised. I haven’t had any issues with them.

There is nothing to complain about here, they click together well, seem to make good, clean connections and seal out the weather well. They come with reasonable-length pigtails and the wire is nice, and easy to deal with.

I have a lot of DIY electrical projects. I own an older Jeep Wrangler, and not only is it my favorite toy but it’s a platform for many other toys. I have LED pods, light bars, whip lights, just all sorts of gadgets. I use a lot of connectors as I prefer to have everything where I can quickly unplug it in case I want to move it. I was running low on three-pin connectors, so when I saw these I decided to try them.
They arrived in a plastic bag and contain all of the promised connectors.
These are solid deutsch connectors! I like this style for my projects; Jeeps are not known to be water resistant, and some of my projects involve wiring on the outside of the Jeep (like LED pods) so having water resistant connectors is important. The wire is heavier gauge which I prefer as I tend to err on the side of too much wire.
Overall I’m happy with these connectors and look forward to using them in future projects.

I don’t use these very often, but sometimes you need more than 2 wires being connected at the same time, and it’s nice to have options. The wire seems to be of good quality and the connections are tight.
