This is a very solidly made engine heating unit with strong magnets to hold it in place. You won’t be losing any airborne heat as with air generated heaters so it can get the job done with less cost, less time, and less power used. Just slap it on, plug it in, you’re done. If you live in the colder parts of the country in winter as I do, then you understand how hard it can be sometimes to get your equipment started in very cold temps and how hard it is on your batteries too when they are at their weakest conditions in the cold. Good Product.

Worked for a couple uses and then something inside is shorting out. Causes circuit breaker to trip now. Tried it on 3 different circuits.

If you need to keep an engine or oil pan warm in the very cold weather, this product is for you. I got it to warm up my gasoline generator before starting but it would also work great on vehicle or tractor engines. Just make sure you don’t have an aluminum engine block or it won’t stick.
