Item came in open. Did not think anything of it, as it would not be uncommon for somebody to open item and find out it doesn’t fit their car. So I proceeded to install in the car where it stayed for 2 weeks until it finally rained and I had a chance to test it. Well, it worked worse than the old one I replaced. In fact, it worked like a very worn out, used wiper blade. I now suspect whoever returned the item originally put the old one in the box… Very disappointed. I would have expected the vendor to inspect any returned items. Unfortunately for me I threw away all the packaging before the first rain…
