If you know how to use this hose system, then you can ignore my title’s advice. However, there are some tricks to making this work well out of the gate and you should definitely do your research if you haven’t already. The fitting itself is of high quality with good machining and no flaws in the black anodizing. I was able to install some stainless Russel AN6 PTFE hose with relative ease using a bench vise with nylon inserts shaped for AN fittings that I bought just for this job, along with an aluminum wrench. If you chose to use a steel wrench, put some vinyl tape on the jaws of the wrench to reduce scratches and marring. I would definitely buy these again.

Leaked onfirst try didn’t bother to try again. Ended up buying a hose with fittings installed.
