My AN #6 wrench was too small for this. Had to use an 18mm wrench. Thread and hose barb, however, seemed to fit. I also have an Earl 750166, with which the AN wrench did fit.

Used to run a hose from an oil catch can to a barbed PCV valve. Worked great, did exactly what I needed it to do!

I purchased these with my transmission cooler and they work well. Definitely not a high quality fitting that I would use for any high pressure applications but work great for low pressure systems. The material seems soft so support the hoses properly coming off the fitting and you should be good.
