Great product I used this for my 24′ car hauler trailer. I applied with a roller and brush and covered the entire bottom and wheel wells and still had about 1/4 can left over. Not as thick as I thought after stirring it went on very easily. My only recommendations are it has a very strong odor do not use indoors. Wear a respirator when applying and cover up your body and head. I applied this wearing shorts ,flip flops and a tank top and it was all over me. But cleaning off was not that difficult. After 2 days now it looks great and is sort of soft but not wet so too me it’s perfect in a undercoating.

There is absolutely nothing good to say about this product. Unless you want to create endless work for yourself or ruin a good car look elsewhere. Main issue is that it never dried. Let me say that again, IT NEVER DRIED…. It’s been three weeks and this was and still is the messiest undercoating I’ve ever used. They don’t mention that’s because it is actually just tar in a can. Every time I get under the car now instead of having a nice clean undercoated chassis I constantly get black tar everywhere – on me, on my tools, on parts, on the cat, you name it. You can’t even look at this stuff without getting it on you. I’m honestly thinking I’m going to have to recoat the chassis because I don’t want to be covered in tar every time I need to change the oil. Totally disappointing given the other reviews. I kept checking the can to make sure I didn’t miss a hardener additive or something but nope, it’s just tar. Maybe I’ll learn to live with it or maybe if there is an oil shortage I can liquify it to fuel the car but until then I’ll just bring a can of paint thinner with me everywhere I go to be able to get this stuff off… Best part is that conveniently due to Amazon policy it’s not returnable.

Hands down the best undercoating I’ve used. I have used several products on various projects, but this one takes the cake.
Pics are from my 96 k1500 that I put POR 15 on about 6 years ago. I gave it a quick scuff, then spread the crum creek on and I am amazed. It’s nearly as thick as peanut butter and when it lays down it completely covers and levels the slight imperfections that 24 years of Michigan winters have created.
I don’t have any idea of longevity yet, but after seeing how superior crum creek is to apply versus Other products, I can only imagine I will get several years out of it.
Side note- follow the instructions and wear gloves. It took half a can of Wd40 to get my hands “somewhat” clean. Now I’m sitting writing this review with dark gray/black tinted skin. Gasoline and acetone won’t help you either. Tough stuff!

…or prevent it from becoming worse. Great product to protect undercarriage and sub-frames of automobiles and pick-up trucks from rusting. Can be easily applied with just a paintbrush. It dries, but remains pliable to resist cracking. Applying it can be messy and is sticky when it congeals. It’s a great product for a low price and was able to coat two cars with just one can.

It’s easy to use…it says it can be thinned with acetone but I wasn’t successful with that…as far as coverage and ease of application process it’s a good product its been under the truck for a few weeks and still feels tacky ..im hoping dust from gravel roads don’t stick..will get back with that as soon as this squar body hits the road.

Used this product to protect the frame on my truck. Time will be the judge
