I needed one when I was upgrading my downpipe and instead of purchasing one from the local dealer I figured I would get a better one while I’m at it. Fit was no problem, with it being thicker and all. Nothing much else to say except that it works as expected and there are no leaks to date.

Need to do a dp swap/install? Hate exhaust leaks? This is what you need. Reliable, and a competitive price if you compare to main stream car part dealers and their shipping costs if you don’t order 50-100$. Ordered several and it’s my goto with a family of 4 turbo subies.

What I like about this gasket is that it’s very well made and it has a good thickness to it. This means it’s no gonna break easily like other gaskets on the market.
Luke –
Fits well and a good thick gasket! No leaks what so ever!

Used to mount a second-hand (Or third-hand, who really knows) catted downpipe in an 03′ wrx. Perfect fit, excellent thickness for a good seal. Its now been on the car well over 2 years without a leak. would I buy it again? Yes.

Best downpipe gasket I have ever seen for my Subaru. Bought it with the Gruppe-S 3inch gasket. Really excellent quality, probably the best I have seen. Personally think they are better than the Grimmspeed gasket because of the price and looks pretty much the same if not better. The finish is really nicely polished and most gaskets are not. I would recommend it to all Subaru owners.

subaru specialist tech here, the gaskets we use at work for the downpipe are 3 layer mls and work okay, just expensive for no reason. THIS however is a 5 layer mls gasket with really stiff steel plates. would recommend for the price over factory, reliability, and its capability for long term sealing. 10/10

Definitely impressed with the quality of this gasket but I do feel like I paid too much for the Grimmspeed brand. I paid $7 for a quality downpipe > catback donut gasket so it’s hard not to think about the huge profit margin they must be pulling on these things but there’s not much else available. I won’t be swapping my downpipe or turbo again for a couple years unless something goes horribly wrong so at the end of the day it’s a decent value.
