Month in to these brakes, they’re pretty great. Each box comes with a gram of gearhead brake grease, you can get front and back done with the one pack. Great product. Some brakes come with new clips, these don’t.
Nissian Titan SE, 2008 grips quick and haven’t experienced any fade whatsoever.

So i did a Google search for 2011 QX56 Rear brake pad from HAWK, and was given the part number of HB518Y.642 and hb555y.678 LTS, But when i ordered it, its a completely different setup and deffinetly doesn’t work. So today when i attempted to install it, it was a fail. Nothing on the seller of course.
When i checkes the part that said, This part will not fit your car, i felt slow as hell although it recommended it at first.

Ordered ,first let me say my mechanic is a crackhead but good,finally get him to do it after some time to realise that they sent me the wrong order for rear instead of front breaks, and when i realize it to late they won’t exchage them.

Just installed my second set of Hawk Performance brake pads on my 2004 Nissan Titan. The last set lasted over 100,000 miles! (disclaimer…almost all highway miles). I do not recommend pushing brake pads that far but we were shocked to realize the miles they lasted when we knew it was time to replace. Great product!

Amazon says these don’t fit an ’06 Armada but they fit mine (11/05) for the rear per the Hawk’s site so I tried them and they have been doing great for a year now.

Decided to get these pads for front and back of my ’05 Titan. My OEM pads had over 100K on them and still had meat left but my rotors were toast so replaced everything. I installed these along with some Centric Premium solid rotors and followed the bedding process to the T. Overall I am satisfied, maybe not a grippy as my old pads but I feel that under heavier loads they seem to do a little better. They definitely have that metallic pad feel to them when creeping along at a like, vs the smoother ceramic pad feel.
My only gripe is that they dust a little more than I was hoping for. I heard mixed reviews on the level of dust but I would say that in a week’s worth of driving the dust becomes noticeable and my painted aluminum wheels.
Lastly, just a tip, these do not come with the hardware kit so if doing a full brake job be sure to get the hardware kit separately.

These are great pads for full-sized trucks and SUV’s. I have these pads on two of my vehicles and am very impressed. They offer lower dust than stock and the stopping distance seems a bit less. What I really like about these pads is they have a higher heat tolerance than most stock pads. Hence, you will be less likely to get brake fade when hauling a load/descending the mountains, etc. I highly recommend these! HAWK is a well-known company that also makes excellent “track” pads….you can count on this being a high quality product.
