The pictures show a filter with a nice rubber seal around the edge and really thick, plush looking filtration media. The filters I received have a foam seal, and the filtration media looks less plentiful, flatter, and cheaper. Almost looks like paper. Still works great and keeps odors out, but I was expecting a higher quality filter.

They work, and they work well! Some will review this product and claim that the fit was “so tight that I had to trim the edges and cram the darn thing into place! Then, I gave up!” Don’t believe it and don’t manhandle it when trying to install your new cabin air filters. Yes, the seal is tight when installed, but isn’t that what you want in an air filter? One more thing: I couldn’t tell the difference in materials used to make these cabin air filters from the ones that were previously in there. You wanna save money? Here you go.

Simply put, these filters fit more snugly than any of other brands I have tried. I replaced air filters, but the way they fit in the housing I always wondered why exactly I was doing it. It looked like any air would go around them anyway.
I haven’t replaced these yet but I suspect they’ll have caught more dirt and gross stuff than any of the ones I’ve had in there before. Can’t tell too much of a difference in terms of interior smell, but I’m blown away by the quality and appreciate that someone’s making cabin filters this good!

my old filters didn’t look too bad but when I tried to blow them with compressed air there was little flow through so I decided to take a ride without them installed and the difference in temp and airflow was quite noticeable so that proved it was time. This set fits without flaw in my ‘02 540i. 100% recommend
