This is a good filter for the car. It is as easy to install as other brands’, and has the same markings for flow. For my van, it was a perfect fit and less than 5 minute job.
I assume you’ll get similar filtering and odor absorption, provided you’re comparing to activated carbon filled.

The Cabin Air Filter with Activated Carbon (ASIN: B0DD2WMZ6R) fit the air filter box of my 2010 Toyota Corolla S properly. The three dimensions are the same as the old filter. The installation is very easy. The location of the cabin air filter box is behind the glove box, accessed from within the cabin of the
vehicle. Video guidance is easily available on-line. As we live in the city and drive in stop and go traffic at least 5 days a week, cabin air filters with activated charcoal are very desirable. They greatly reduce or eliminate the smells of other vehicle’s exhaust and other non-desirable odors.
Do note the Air Flow arrows on the old filter PRIOR to removing it from the cabin air filter box, as the filter will fit either correctly or incorrectly. Ensure that the air flow arrows of the new filter point in the same direction.
At the posted price of $6.39 this is a very good value. The dealership, automotive repair shops, and quick oil change locations charge considerably more to provide this “service”, often times using an inferior filter.

I recently replaced my cabin air filter with this CP285 (CF10285) filter, and I’m very happy with the results. As many others have mentioned, the installation was a breeze. It fits perfectly in my 2018 Toyota RAV4 and took only a few minutes to swap out.
I’ve noticed an improvement in the air quality inside my car. The air feels fresher, and I’ve noticed a reduction in dust and odors. The activated carbon seems to be doing its job well. I haven’t had any issues with airflow restrictions, which some cheaper filters can cause.
For the price, this is a great replacement option. It’s much more affordable than buying a filter from the dealership, and it seems to perform just as well.
